Refund policy
RETURN
Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since the receipt of your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. Damaged items cannot be accepted.
The following types of items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons:
- Earrings
- Piercings
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. Sale or promotional items
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
Shipping costs associated with returning your items are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
